We believe that our youth and families can reach their highest potential and goals of Personal Excellence when we encourage a perspective of hope and purpose, a vision of what is possible, and the courage to look beyond present circumstances. Club Esteem provides children, teens, and their families with opportunities to discover their potential, develop their character, and maximize their learning.

Club Esteem’s mission is to inspire economically-disadvantaged youth to embrace the highest standards of Academic and Personal Excellence – instilling in each child a desire to learn, to serve, and to accept challenges. Our goal is to promote active partnerships involving youth, parents, and community to create opportunities that will break the cycle of poverty and enable Club Esteem children and teens to develop into productive, vision-driven adults. Focusing on partnerships and measurable success outcomes, Club Esteem aims to serve as a model agency for child and youth enrichment programs throughout the United States.
